I love the accountability, the check ins with everybody, I usually cook the same few recipes which gets so boring, these recipes I’ll keep forever and also great to have someone else writing a shopping list for you!  I love the online workouts as I can do them anytime, sometimes I work really long days and here in Ireland the gyms don’t open 24 hrs like Australia (which I miss sooo much), so now there is no excuse to not workout.  The extra coaching is  a plus you really have covered everything.  There’s nothing I would change with the program.
