New Morning Yoga Class
I am excited to let you all know that I am starting a 9.15am Morning Yoga Class on Tuesday’s.
The first class will start on Tuesday 17th October.
The class is a Vinyasa style yoga suitable for Beginners or Intermediates.
Flowing movements are coordinated with deep focused breathing. After our sunsalutations and gentle stretching we flow into held poses to improve strength and flexibility.
This is a beautiful class with a guided meditation and head massage at the end which will have you floating out of the class.

You can either choose to pay for a casual class each week at $22.50 or you can pay just $16.50 if you buy a block of 6 classes. Yoga seems to fill up fast and spaces are very rare to come up once people book in for their block classes as they keep renewing. So if you are serious about wanting to do Yoga get in and book fast.
