Fitness Faster push up challenge

Due to me being a bit particular with balancing out training plans I will be making sure that my clients will be doing half push ups and half rows.  This means that by the end of the challenge their chests will not be too tight and strong in comparison to their back muscles.  (I know that this is not the true challenge however I feel it will result in a better outcome, physically, for those involved).

Tour De France and Men’s Mental Health

The idea behind the tour de push up, is to complete the same amount of push ups as the tour de France cyclists complete each day!  All of this is to raise awareness for Men’s Mental Health, which is a topic that most men will stay quite quiet about!  Let’s get more awareness out there for Men that struggle to be honest and open about how they feel and lets hope that this makes them feel more comfortable to talk to others.
