My Thoughts on Health and Fitness
Over the past 24 years as a fitness and health coach, my journey in the health and fitness industry has undergone a big transformation. What started as basic gym workouts has evolved into a comprehensive human body exploration. Incorporating Pilates, rehab training and developing an understanding of the effects between hormones, sleep, stress, toxins, and insulin – all influencing weight gain or weight loss. My focus has shifted towards improving overall quality of life. It’s a holistic approach centred on improving strength, vitality, flexibility, imbalances and energy levels. Health and Fitness is all about the bigger picture- because without our health we have very little! I will be incorporating these principles into my articles for Brainz. However……….
I’d also love to get your feedback – What articles would you like to read? What topics and what questions do you want answers to? I would love if you could Email me: nicki@fitnessfaster.com.au with any suggestions. You never know, one of your questions could be my next article!
