Healthy Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bites Recipe.
This Chocolate Peanut butter recipe is a life saver when I get chocolate cravings. With no sugar (only a smidge of stevia) this recipe is by far the best way to fix any chocolate craving with zero guilt and insulin spikes.
Ingredients and Directions:
- 3/4 cup cocoa butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Stevia
Place cocoa butter and coconut oil in a pan and slowly melt.
Stir in the Raw Cocoa, sieving out any lumps.
Pour melted mixture over the peanut butter and stevia, combine till mixed through.
Then pour into mini muffin holders or onto baking paper on a plate.
Place in the freezer to set.
Once hardened you can remove from muffin holders or crack chocolate into pieces from the plate.
Store in the fridge or freezer depending on the consistency you prefer.
