Plus the added fat loss benefits of avocado and the fiber, protein and omega-3 of chia seeds maximize the weight loss boost of this recipe.
- ½ medium avocado
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
