Explosive and weighted workout classes utilising functional training equipment – Kettle bells, slam balls, free weights, TRX, body weight and much more!

Pilates
Improve your posture, flexibilty and core strength whilst developing lean muscle. Protect your spine by strengthening your deeper abdominals and back muscles. Use Swiss Balls, bands, fitness circles and weights to add tone and definition to your body.  Rebalance your body with pilates, this is great after a day at work or for those with injuries.

50+ Semi-Private Personal Training Class
In a non judgmental space you can have fun, meet new people and learn what is right for your body. Increase bone density, improve muscle tone, balance and flexibility.There will be no high impact exercises (unless you want it! and your body can cope with it).

Yoga – Beginner / Intermediate
Vinyasa style yoga; flowing movements coordinated with deep focused breathing that leads to held poses to improve strength and flexibility. A beautiful class with a guided meditation and head massage at the end.  Everyone leaves relaxed and refreshed.
