As a new client you will receive an introductory consultation to establish your goals, specific needs, past injuries and medical history. I take the time to fully understand what you want to achieve. With extensive knowledge and experience I can then design an exercise and nutrition programme to fit into your lifestyle to gain the maximum results in the minimum amount of time.

YOUR INITIAL FITNESS CONSULTATION ASSESSMENT

My focus is your results and once we are both clear on what you want I will set out a plan on how we can achieve your goals.

My assessment includes some or all of the following:

  • Past and present injury analysis
  • Movement and muscle function/flexibility testing
  • Strength testing including back and abdominal strength
  • Blood pressure check
  • Postural analysis using digital photos front, side and back view to assess skeletal alignment and to later compare the positive changes in your body
  • Calculating your optimum weight
  • Measurements and body fat % to find out your own individual hormonal biosignature
  • VO2 Max testing to find out your level of aerobic fitness
  • And working alongside your health practitioners where needed.

I can then design a personalised programme to fit into your lifestyle/schedule to gain the maximum results in the minimum amount of time. I will educate you in how to change your lifestyle forever; all you have to do is follow the plan. My aim is to change your body for life not just for a short term fix.

FITNESS TESTING

Fitness testing is the best way to know how you are doing. You can receive fortnightly measurement analysis to track your weight loss or muscle gain, body fat % and measurements. This keeps you motivated and makes it easier for you to stay focused on your end result.

BIOSIGNATURE  – Find out your bodies biological hormonal profile.

By accurately assessing skin-fold ratios we can then address hormonal imbalances. I use a well-rounded approach to fat loss by utilizing nutrition and supplementation unique to your own biological signature.

Your hormones can have a huge impact on your weight loss/gain. Ever wondered why some men have man boobs and why women that go through a hormonal shift like the menopause totally change their body shape? It makes sense that if we can control your hormones we can also control where your fat stores itself!

NUTRITION

You are what you eat! No exercise programme alone will work if you are filling your body with junk or the wrong types of food for your metabolic and hormonal type.

With weekly food diaries I will analyse your current eating patterns to help you to make the right changes to reach your goals. Whether you want fast weight loss or you want to bulk up we can advise you on what, when and how much you need to be eating. My nutritional plans will help you achieve the body you want over the long term rather than putting you on a quick fix diet that can only be sustained for short periods of time.

Through a comprehensive questionnaire I can determine what Metabolic and Hormonal Type you are. This enables you to eat the right types of food and the right proportions of Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat to allow your body to burn the maximum calories by speeding up your metabolism (the bodies ability to burn calories) allowing you to lose weight fast!

Learn how to read food labels and what to look for when doing your grocery shop. If you only have the right things in your trolley you cannot fail.

Add exercise to your food plan and burn more calories. Eat and drink the right things with a programme designed specifically for you and get your results faster!

HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

Train one on one: This is best if you have injuries or need to get results in a short space of time. My  attention will be focused purely on you. Your technique and results will be at an optimum. Prices vary from $70 – $120.

Train with a friend or group: Semi-Private Personal training can be really fun. Personal train with friends, a partner, colleagues or a stranger. With groups starting at just 2 people it’s easy to find a friend who wants to share the experience and cost. Train with up to 5 people. Prices start from $35 depending on group numbers, bulk packs and the time of your session.
