New Yoga and Pilates Class times, Brighton Studio
With winter on it’s way we have changed some of the class times at the Fitness Faster Brighton Studio. You can now come to Yoga straight from work before you get too settled in at home near the fire, making it easier to get out, be motivated and do something for YOU over the winter period. Class times are now 5.45pm on Monday and 5.30pm on Thursday. With only 6 spaces in each class spots will fill quickly. Click here for more details of the classes.
I am also excited to announce a new morning Pilates class which is starting on June 30th at 9.15am. Pilates is a great class for improving your posture, flexibilty and core strength whilst developing lean muscle. This class allows you to rehabilitate and protect your spine by strengthening your deeper abdominals and back muscles. Classes are small with only 6 participants, allowing for individual attention. Your instructor – Nicki, is trained in injury rehab, so you know you will be in good hands.
There is also a new Yoga class coming to Friday mornings at 9.15am, starting on July 7th with the lovely Georgia. Georgia teaches a beautiful Vinyasa Flow class which will have you feeling balanced, relaxed, strong and stretched by the end of the class.
Classes can be purchased in 6 week blocks for $99. Or you can pay a casual rate of $22.50, bookings are essential as classes may be full.
