Sun salutations to start off our Yoga class

Yoga and Pilates Classes, spaces available. South Brighton Studio.

New spaces have just become available in Yoga – Monday night 5.45pm and Pilates – Thursday morning 9.15am classes.  I am now accepting new clients for the last few classes of the year.

6 week courses are reasonably priced at $99 for the course.  Or you could choose to pay a casual drop in fee of $22.50, bookings essential as some classes can be full.

Each class has a maximum of 6 participants allowing for individualised attention.  You will get maximum benefit from these personalised classes.

Vinyasa style yoga; flowing movements coordinated with deep focused breathing that leads to held poses to improve strength and flexibility. A beautiful class with a guided meditation to have you floating out. Monday nights class is Beginner/Intermediate level, there are adaptations to suit total beginners allowing all to benefit from this class.

Pilates – Improve your posture, flexibilty and core strength whilst developing lean muscle. Protect your spine by strengthening your deeper abdominal and back muscles. Rebalance your body.  This class is great after a day at work. Suitable for all levels and those with injuries.
