Starting on Monday 31st October, Fit HIT will be smashing out 7 weeks of high intensity training to get you fit and toned for xmas.

At just $80 a week for 3 x 45 minute sessions in a small personal training group setting.

Suitable for all fitness levels as there are options and levels to suit everyone.
