South Brighton Yoga and Pilates courses, starting May 2nd.

New Yoga and Pilates Studio has opened up in the suburbs of South Brighton.

6 week courses are starting in just a few days, on May 2nd, and are reasonably priced at $99 for the course.

After a fantastic opening last weekend; small personal yoga and pilates classes are busily filling up. Each class has a maximum of 6 participants allowing for individualised attention.  You will get maximum benefit from these personalised classes.

Vinyasa style yoga; flowing movements coordinated with deep focused breathing that leads to held poses to improve strength and flexibility. A beautiful class with a guided meditation to have you floating out.  Beginner and intermediate classes available.

  • Only one space left for Thursday 7pm Yoga
  • Couple of spaces left on Monday night and Friday morning.
  • Tuesday morning classes now have a waiting list, but please enquire as more classes will be added if there is demand.

Small Yoga classes for all levels

Pilates – Improve your posture, flexibilty and core strength whilst developing lean muscle. Protect your spine by strengthening your deeper abdominal and back muscles. Rebalance your body.  This class is great after a day at work. Suitable for all levels and those with injuries.
